Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Minor stuff is ok if they're already fighting, anything that's gonna bruise, bloody, or worse is something I'd like to be chatting about
Killing this character: Not necessarily opposed, but you prefer to be in a lot of communication about how that goes down
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: YES PLEASE, go for it. Eugene has seen the zombie apocalypse, enjoy looking at all those delights.
Warnings: Eugene is an above-the-knee amputee from a post-apocalyptic world. I do my best to portray him accurately and with respect to actual amputees (bearing in mind that his injury occurred in deeply suboptimal conditions), but if something I'm doing with him seems off, let me know!
